Welcome to the third version of the Aosus Community.

A new identity, and a new beginning in the age of artificial intelligence.

Aosus Community's New Identity

Aosus is an Arabic community, and the Arabic language is the only language that possesses calligraphic beauty at this level.
The new Aosus identity weaves the beauty of Arabic calligraphy into every space where we exist.

We focused on making Arabic letters an integral part of Aosus's presence on social media.

The New Aosus Website

The new Aosus main website is the foundation of this identity, designed with an animation that illuminates the Arabic letters as you move your mouse, or automatically on mobile.

Integrating Artificial Intelligence

But v3 is more than just a new identity and website — AI is no longer just a topic discussed within Aosus, it is now part of how the community operates.
Behind the scenes, Aosus now runs an AI system that helps manage infrastructure and can handle outages, issues, and maintenance on its own, under moderator supervision.
There's no longer a need for someone to be at a computer to resolve a problem that has taken down a service. You simply send a message to the AI, it investigates the cause on the servers, and presents a solution.

We are also working on integrating AI into user experiences across Aosus platforms — whether through enabling Discourse AI to improve search, using the askaosus bot to find articles from within your favorite chat platform, or even to improve Aosus's presence on social media.

This has already saved us a significant amount of time during the migration of Aosus's infrastructure to this new system.
For example, there was an issue where messages from Matrix users were not arriving on Telegram. When I described the problem to the AI, it searched, read the logs, and concluded that the messages were not being delivered at all — the cause being missing Matrix well-known files on the new website.

Since we're on the topic of Matrix, let's move on to the most important change to your daily experience in the Aosus community.

A New Chat Experience on Telegram

In 2022, following requests from community members, we launched sub-groups for multiple specializations.

However, the sub-group chat experience on Telegram did not meet expectations, as members found it difficult to discover the sub-groups since they were separate entities.
Now, all these specializations are listed under the main Aosus community group as Topics, following a new update to the Matrix bridge that adds support for them along with our own customizations.

Thank you for following us — we hope this work has met your expectations.
